Linglong (玲珑) means clear, delicate, and precise—a name inspired by the clarity of our soup dumplings and the craftsmanship behind every fold. At Linglong, we specialize in handmade soup dumplings, made fresh with carefully prepared broth, balanced fillings, and skins crafted to highlight the soup within.

We offer two distinctive styles of soup dumplings. Our classic version features the traditional thin wrapper filled with rich, savory soup and seasoned pork, delivering a clean and comforting bite. The second is a steamed bun–style soup dumpling, made with yeast-fermented dough. Popular across China, this style uses fermented dough and a multi-step steaming process to create a soft, fluffy, and lightly chewy skin, while preserving a generous, flavorful soup inside.

Beyond dumplings, Linglong also showcases a selection of wok-fried dishes, from seafood to meat specialties. Using bold techniques and layered spices you may not have tried before, our wok dishes are designed to be aromatic, deeply savory, and full of character—bringing heat, fragrance, and balance to the table.
